After her first year building her side business it had surpassed her corporate income so she made the leap into full time entrepreneurship. Kacia quickly discovered her LOVE for the journey she was on, in pursuit of her BIG vision. Leveraging her entrepreneurial experience, Kacia launched the EmpowerHER Podcast in 2018. Her goal was to help ambitious women fall in love with the PROCESS of following through on THEIR big ideas, too. The EmpowerHER Podcast quickly rose in popularity, with over 3 million downloads in the first two years of its release. Using her ‘come with me’ approach, Kacia continues to pull back the curtain and share EVERYTHING she’s learning about mindset, business, relationships, health, and more.
